The Heritage Queenstown is a 1st class place with friendly and well-trained staff at the reception desk. The location is secure and only a 15 minutes' walk to town. They have a very nice in-house restaurant. I would definitely come back again. Thank you!

Private parking is available on site. The breakfast offers a great selection of food. The hotel's location is amazing, with easy access to Queenstown shops, the center, and a bus stop into town for just $2. Stunning views from the hotel, adding to the overall experience.

Reasonably large & fairly clean hotel, exceptional service, marvellous and brilliant location to the accommodation from the city centre. Delicious breakfast with great vegan options, complementary drinks.

The location and outlook from the Lakeview villas was spectacular and unique.
Possibly the distance from the town centre but the uncluttered aspect more than made up for the inconvenience of using the bus to go to town.

Fairly clean and fabulous place with great and approaching staff at reception desk. Good swimming pool and stunning location not far from the Lake and snow capped Mountains, and lovely Lake Wakatipu. Also, to the town centre in Queenstown.
